DescriptionShort Term Disability covers 66 2/3 % of base salary up to a maximum weekly benefit of $1400 for the first 90 days of disability. On the 91st day, Long Term Disability becomes effective. Long Term Disability covers 70% of base salary to a maximum monthly benefit of $10,000.
